After phoning and requesting why my money was not paid to me I had to go in with 3 month bank statements, certified copy of my id and proof of residence. After still not getting the money due to me I was told to email SARS stating I was not working 2008 and 2009. After doing so I received a call saying I now need an affidavit stating I wasn't working those years. I now have to go back and sit in those queues. The funny thing is the last 3 years I owed them money there were no problems. Will I eventually get my money or will there be some other problem. Why not tell you everything you need at once |

Please also read up on how to swear an affidavit Once you have verified your bank details, and also brought prior year tax returns up to date by submitting affidavits, you should hopefully receive your refund.
