Jen says: 28 February 2024 at 15:05 I just filed my provisional tax return (IRP6) using your platform. I received an email from TaxTim with the following instructions: "To view the contents of your Provisional Tax Statement of Account, please login to TaxTim, click on My Tax Docs and view the PDF there." However, when I follow these instructions and attempt to open the document from SARS on my My Tax Docs page, it is blank. It does not seem to be pulling through the information. I checked on my SARS eFiling profile and I am able to open and view the Provisional Tax Statement of account there. What must I do? |

TaxTim says: 28 February 2024 at 15:56 Unfortunately, some SARS documents cannot be viewed online (i.e from within your internet browser). You will need to download the SARS document to your computer, then search for the document within your downloads folder, and open it with the Adobe app. You should then be able to view all the information. |
