Who must pay PAYE tax ? Do u pay both ( PAYE and UIF) ?

This thing of ( PAYE ) it's confusing me really. Who must pay this TAX. In my case am getting my salary on cash @ work and my boss is deducting that money ( PAYE) plus UIF. My second question is do I need to pay them (taxes UIF and PAYE) both? Am 24 years.

Yes you do need to pay tax, if you are earning more than R70 700 for the entire year then you pay what is called PAYE-AS-YOU-EARN which is (PAYE), that is what is being deducted each month. It is the monthly amount you pay to SARS as the tax on income earned.
