The other delay could be that you have not submitted your previous years tax returns and SARS does not pay out refund's until all returns have been submitted. The other problem could be if the refund was for R100 or less. SARS does not pay out amounts less than R100. If none of these are the cause then definitely phone SARS and find out what the delay is, there really shouldn't be one if you are due a refund and are fully compliant. |
