Leranzo says: 23 July 2015 at 11:30 I can't get an IRP5 from my previous employers in 2012 where I was hired by a outsourcing agency to work for another company they had a contract with, they are giving me the run around as to go to the outsourcing agent or to the company I worked for, no one seems to have my IRP5. But if I was able to file last year and get my tax returns without SARS requesting this information why do they want it now when they have to give me my tax returns for this year and what must I do to get the IRP5 from them? I have payslips as prove that can I take the pay slip to SARS with an affidavit from the police station. |
TaxTim says: 23 July 2015 at 12:35 You will need to go to the police and get a sworn affidavit stating that you cannot get your IRP5 for 2012 and the reasons why. You will then need to take this to SARS together with your bank statements and payslips from each month in order to prove your income. |
