What is the % rate for a temp employee earning monthly salary of R7371?

They tax me at 25% on my monthly income, is that right?

Generally companies use a 25% PAYE deduction for temporary or independent work so this is in order. There are different rates, in your case you will be due a refund at year end as your tax bracket is actually 18% based on that income level.
