TaxTim says: 12 November 2012 at 10:56 You would need to file all the returns for the years in which you haven't before you can apply for a tax clearance certificate. If you are registered for eFiling you can do it there. If you want side-by-side assistance, you can use the TaxTim service for each year one at a time and then follow the easy instructions to submit your return. Tim guides you through the whole process and prompts you for the correct documents and what information to enter! Alternatively if you take all your documentation into SARS they will be able to do it with you. This will take quite a few hours, especially at this time of the year as filing season closes. Do you have any other income or make any Retirement Annuity Contributions or Medical Aid contributions other than what is on your IRP5? |
