I then called the call centre yesterday(I didn't even wait that long) and the lady said that I'm under review and it takes 30 working days or less! My fingers are crossed that they sort things out asap! |

Yes, you just need to be patient and wait for them to sort it out. They will issue your refund don't worry - wish we had a better answer. |
