Their glitch with the refunds has caused major problems and resulted in the verification and audit procedures. If you have given them all the documents then not to worry, but yes it will take some time and you will need to be patient. You will get your refund, but their systems have caused so many issues that everything is now delayed. |

I the logged a notice of objection regarding this, I uploaded my documents again and recieved a letter on 01/08/14 advising me that my objection has been allowed. Does this now mean that my refund will be paid out to me as I have not yet recieved and funds? |
