Unemployed with Medical Aid RA?

I am unemployed but pay every month my medical aid have medical expenses not covered by medical aid. Also have a RA. This was all covered by my Provident Fund money.

If you are not earning any income then even though you have tax deductible items you cannot claim back any of them due to no tax being paid.
