Unemployed but don't know if IT12 must be submitted to apply for daughter's bursary

I have been unemployed for a long time, only doing odd jobs that didn't require pay slip at the end of the month. I have applied for bursary at my daughter's new school. One of the requirement is that I have to submit IT12. My partner works so he can submit his. My question is : Do I have to submit IT12 as well even though I am unemployed? Thank you.

You should still submit a nil/zero ITR12 to SARS as then you can be fully compliant and get the most up to date ITA34 to give to the school.
