Travel reimbursement proof?

Do I need to provide proof to SARS when I submit my IRP5 if I get travel a monthly reimbursement from my company.i.e code 3703?

The proof would be your IRP5 as your employer would require any proof of travel expense before they put it on your payslips and IRP5.
