How much tax is payable if I happen to resign and my basic salary is R388127 pa

There is no final tax payable on resignation, your last month will be taxed as normal, but in your year end tax return you will be able to claim a refund from SARS due to your monthly PAYE tax being calculated as if you were continuing to work a full year, but that actually not being the case.
