IF MY SALARY IS R4500-00 IT IS BELOW THE TAX BRACKET SO WHEN I GET MY BONUS WHICH IS DOUBLE MY SALARY SHOULD IT BE TAXED?

No, you should not be paying tax even with the bonus as your overall income is less than the tax threshold.
