TaxTim says: 24 May 2016 at 9:12 If you are working more than 22 hours a month then yes they must take off 25%, however the employer can be a little more relaxed. If they do deduct the 25% then you can claim this for tax purposes - so they need to give you an IRP5 and you will submit this to SARS and get all that money back. |
