How long does SARS take to issue a tax directive?

After a tax directive is issued, how long can it take for funds to be paid into one's bank account?

The tax directive normally takes 1-2 weeks to be issued by SARS provided your tax affairs are in order.
Thereafter, the payment of the funds will depend on whoever is paying out the funds i.e. fund administrator or employer.
