Submission of two IRP5's?

I work for the department of education and get my salary from them but my school gives me a small bonus at the end of the year. I've already received my IRP5 from the school for the small bonus but not from the department. Could I submit a return for the bonus and then when I receive my IRP5 from the department submit again or should I wait and submit both at the same time?

You will need to submit them both at the same time. You most probably will also receive a small refund because of being over taxed on the bonus.
