Statement of account was issued, does it mean my audit is finalized?

I have been selected for Audit, I electronically submitted the supporting documentation after which SARS issued a statement of account, does this mean the Audit is finalized? Can I expect my refund?

No this does not mean it has been finalized. Have you received a Completion Letter from SARS stating the result of your audit?
