Self-employed and Commission Earnings Tax?

I will be starting a new job where I will be working on a contract basis and invoice the company each month for my hours worked to receive payment. How much will I be taxed? 25%?

Also I might start earning commission a few months down the line, how much tax am I charged on commission?

Thank you in advance for the help!

The company most likely will deduct 25% yes, but if the income earned becomes so high that 25% is too low then you can apply to SARS for a directive which calls for the company to deduct further tax so that you do not need to pay in at the end of the year.
