SARS souce code 4112

On my IT 3(b) I have for SARS source code 4112 (Foreign withholding tax on dividends) an amount of -R 68.93.But eFiling does not allow me to enter a negative value for SAR source code 4112When I posed this question to 2 of my investment institutions, I got 2 different answers. The 1 said:Make it a positive value and the other said:The tax in question is one that has already been deducted by the foreign constituent in the country of origin(appears as a negative value), it should therefore not be declared again to SARS. WHich is teh correct answer?

Make it a positive entry, the SARS coding is to read it as a negative entry and so will be accounted for properly.
