SARS makes no sense?

My husband received an sms, SARS has issued correspondence on SARS eFiling which requires your attention what does that mean when he already received his refund?

Go to eFiling and have a look if there is a letter waiting, however SARS keep sending these emails or sms's, but they relate to older documents which were already seen.
