Refund sent to expired bank account

Hi Tim
I would like to know what I should do when I was due for a refund and my bank account was already expired. Now they sent the money back to SARS. So I would like to know what must I do next to get my refund?

You would need to open a new bank account and update your eFiling details with the new account, or update you details to reflect another local account if you already have one. Then SARS will release the payment.
