I have been selected for an audit, is it possible to take my matter to the the private auditor since SARS is taking very long to finalise?

No, this cannot be done. It is a procedure within SARS who have at least 21 working days for the first part of their audit process.

I have submitted the supporting documents for 2014, the verification was completed, but the problem I have submitted the documents for 2015, first then 2014 later, why they did not reply yet for 2015 audit?

They have 21 working days to settle the audit and each year is often dealt with by a different auditor, so you need to be patient unfortunately.
