PAYE while working in Swaziland?

If I am to work in Swaziland for a South African based company earning ZAR , how would they tax me , I believe if you work out of the country for more than 63 days consecutively and for a minimum of 183 days p.a then earnings are tax exempt ?

Please answer the questions to see if you can claim a portion of your foreign income as exempt? and then you would have this portion of income, whilst been out of the country, exempt.

I will be permanently based in Swaziland , I have spoken to SARS and they advised that it makes no difference if I say here in RSA or Swaziland , the tax will remain the same as the company I work for is in RSA .... is this information correct?

That is not correct, the company will still take off the tax and you will be able to claim it back at the end of the year as you meet the definition of a s10(1)(o)(ii) employee.
