TaxTim Marc said: 29 April 2015 at 9:42 Contract workers are not subject to UIF, however you cannot have a contract longer than 3 months without attracting UIF. You would need to deduct UIF from the local casual worker, not PAYE and only PAYE from the foreigner, not UIF. |
