Greg says: 10 April 2020 at 11:59 I think I needed to submit my last tax return for year ending 29 Feb 2020 as a provisional taxpayer. I have now unfortunately missed the two provisional opportunity windows, but am hoping I can submit and if I need to, pay all the money/penalties owed in the third and final window. Will I be able to do so even though the time has passed? And if yes, would there be any other information which I would need to know before I begin with my filing process? |
TaxTim says: 10 April 2020 at 15:43 Please submit the provisional return which was due at the end of Feb, and if you can please try to declare and pay at least 80% of your tax due, the rest needs to be paid by the end of September to ensure that by the time you submit your annual tax return there is no additional penalties added for under declaring your income.
