Hi Tim. LOVE your site. So helpful! Just a question. We submitted a Notice of Objection on 3 August. They came back (finally) 29 September... Requesting supporting documents (docs we have already submitted b. T. W) so I resubmitted. How long now till they look at the supporting docs? Can I expect another 2 month wait?

On a dispute they also have the 21 working days unfortunately, but generally it goes quicker than that. Have you uploaded the docs again?

Thanks for the positive words!

Thank you for ur quick reply. Yes..I submitted the tax return 3 July. Uploaded audit docs 4 July. Submitted NOO 4 Aug(as they replied with a reduced assessment 3 Aug) then they requested supporting dispute dos 29 sept, which I submitted 29 Sept. (So basically they took from 4 August to 29 Sept to look at and work on my NOO) So...do they have 21 days from original NOO? Or 21 Days every time they request more documentation? (Ie. Another 21 days from 29 Sept) I really appreciate your help

It is 21 working days each time they go through a round of detailed investigation I am afraid to say.
