Good day, SARS sent me a notice for an additional assessment on my SARS eFiling; what does this mean and what should I do?

Did you submit supporting documents to them?
If so, it means they have reviewed your documents and made a change to your original assessment based on the documents you submitted. You need to run a Statement of Account in SARS eFiling (or request from the SARS Helpdesk on 0800 007 277) to find out the final balance due to /refundable from them.
