Mia says: 18 December 2014 at 15:52 Thank you for your reply. I called them yesterday and asked them to give me the reason for the audit. The only answer they could give me was that details needed verification. I spoke to a team leader in the call center, who contacted the person in the escalations department who is working on my case. That person said that she is in contact with the audits department and according to the call centre team leader there has been a lot of movement on the case. I was also advised that escalated queries can take up to 21 days to resolve. 21 days in my case will expire on 2 January 2015. I guess I'll have to wait and see if the case will be resolved by then...? |
