No IRP6 forms or history on my SARS profile

TaxTim helped me fill in my provisional tax return last week but I am not able to actually put in my Provisional Tax information as SARS is not showing my IRP6 tax return for 201702, can you tell

Can you kindly follow these steps and try and request your own IRP6 please:
Log into SARS eFiling,
Click on tax returns,
Click tax returns issues (left hand side)
Click provisional tax (if there is nothing, click on home, tax types, then select IRP6 and click register)
