They however never gave me an IRP5 and I have no proof of the income I earned from them as they issued electronic payslips and I never printed it. 2 Months ago they closed their doors and all employees was left stranded, can I perhaps still claim the tax I paid back from SARS if they over taxed me? |

TaxTim Alicia said: 1 February 2017 at 7:22 You can swear an affidavit and take it to a SARS office where they will check on their records for any IRP5s your employer submitted for you. If there is any they should be able to submit your returns for you. |
