My IRP5 is wrong, how do I fix this?



What do I do if I was told at the SARS office that the code on my pension fund payout is wrong. How do I go about getting it change to the right code if I'm no longer with the company?

You would need to contact the company and ask them to reissue you the correct document both to you and SARS. Would you be able to do this?
