Medical costs claims, when can I make these claims on my tax return?

When claims for medicals costs incurred, what is the time frame? I mean from what month to which month do I claim? I have incurred medical cost in the month of June-July 2013. When can I claim for this?

You can only makes claims for the period 1 March 2012 to 28 February 2013 for this tax filing season.
