It means your balance with SARS is zero i.e you owe them nothing and they owe you nothing.

Just to clarify, your balance is nil for the particular year assessed.
You should still run a Statement of Account to the present to see what your overall balance with SARS is over all the previous years to date. If this is also nil, then you owe no money to SARS.
