I keep forgetting to fill in my in my logbook.

Unfortunately you do need to keep some form of logbook whether it be on a spreadsheet or via mobile. TaxTim offers a free mobi logbook which may help you keep better track of your travel. Click on LOGBOOK in the top right hand corner of this page to access it.
