Is the amount on the requested statement of account final to be refunded to me

I have requested a statement of account after I submitted documents for audit/verification. The statement is reflecting a negative amount . Does it mean that the audit has been completed and I'm getting a refund?

No, you need to wait for a Letter of Completion from SARS which will indicate the result of your audit.
