IRP5 not on eFiling?

Only one of my IRP5's shows on eFiling, I asked the employer and they did do the declaration. I phoned SARS but they seem not to know why this happened. Should I manually type in the IRP5?

Yes, manually type it in. SARS will request that you submit this document to them and they can verify it against what was submitted.
