I was never issued wth my IRP5 form so how do I claim?

My employer didn't give me an IRP5 form so how do I claim tax return without it?

Your employer has a duty to provide you with an IRP5, and you can demand it from them. Do you know if they have submitted one to SARS? If they did, you can see it on your eFiling profile if you view your ITR12 income tax return for the relevant tax year.
