You will then be asked to select whether you forgot your password or your login name. Click the first option. 3. You will have two options: 3.1 You can have your password hint sent to you by email or SMS. Just enter your login name and the security code (to validate that you are a person). 3.2 Or you can reset your password. You will have to enter your login name and your ID/passport number.
