I received statement of account from SARS, what does it mean?

My statement of account :assessed tax and at bottom it does give me refund advice does that mean that the process has been completed and that I should receive my refund?

Yes, unless it says under "audit" yes then the process is complete and you should receive your refund in a matter of days.
