How long is the ITR-DD form valid with SARS?

ITR-DD FORM I HAD ONE FILLED IN ON THE 14/11/2014 DO I HAVE TO FILL A NEW ONE FOR THIS YEAR

The ITR-DD only needs to be completed again every 5 years.
