TaxTim says: 13 September 2013 at 15:00 If there is no audit on any of the years, although if they requested a medical certificate after submission then there may have been a request for extra documents, then it should take a few days. However if there is an audit then you are looking at 10-15 working days unless there is something very wrong. |
Morries says: 14 September 2013 at 12:33 Hi Tim It was only the 2013 that they have asked for an medical tax certificate, and my broker sent it quickly. Is that effecting the delay on all the other years? I'm blond so I don't really understand! |
TaxTim says: 16 September 2013 at 10:04 If you are audited for any of the years then yes this is causing the wait on the other years payout. It could be 10-15 days or longer. SARS doesn't really give exact time frames, but if nothing has happened after 15 days then speak to your broker to contact SARS and find out what is wrong. |
