TaxTim says: 23 July 2015 at 11:58 SARS will notify you within 30 days and issue you with a Completion letter which will inform you if there have been any changes to your assessment. Unfortunately, the whole process does require a degree of patience. If you have not heard within 30 days, you can always call SARS directly on 0800 007277 to follow up. |

TaxTim says: 23 July 2015 at 21:18 That's good news - you should receive the refund in the next few days. If you do not, then you can call SARS to find out reasons for the delay. It may be that you have prior year tax returns outstanding, or your bank details need to be verified with them. Hopefully this won't be the case though and you will get your money soon. |
