Kim says: 29 March 2016 at 20:05 I am the director of a company, whose tax was done by a tax practitioner, with the company on their SARS eFiling profile, I did not have shared access. The company's tax has since been transferred to a new tax practitioner for various reasons. The initial practitioner has indicated that he has transferred the profile, but has in fact not, and is refusing to assist me further. Could you advise on how I can gain access to the companies Efiling profile? |

Kim says: 30 March 2016 at 9:22 I am aware that I should have access, but I was never given a profile when I first opened the company. My new accountant is trying to close the company for me, but cannot do this without finalizing some things on Efiling and we now do not have access to this. Is there no way that I can override the initial accountant who has access to this profile? |
