I worked on a local project for an international aid organisation. I did not receive an IRP5. I was paid from an international account. How do I file this income on my tax return?

Did they withhold tax from you?

They did not and I did not pay provisional.
Additionally, the income was paid through forex from a foreign country.

You would need to tick yes to the question asking if you earned foreign income.
You would then need to indicate the ZAR amount in the "Foreign Income" section of your tax return.
