I am full time employee and I have already submitted this current year's tax return.
I am a freelancer in my spare time as I started doing online work and earning dollars.
What is the tax implications and how do I go about it? Could I claim back on the use of my computer etc.?

You would need to calculate the revenues earned and the expenses incurred on this additional freelance work. This would need to be added to your return and included in your income and taxed. You can claim the use of your computer which, if the cost is more than R7000, can be written off over 3 years which then needs to be apportioned for the business use vs the personal use. Do you make more than R30 000 in profit? If so then you will need to register as a Provisional Taxpayer as well and file additional returns.
