Hi,

I cannot seem to download my tax return for 2015 after filling it in. I have paid already. It wants to keep signing into sars. Is there a way to overcome this?

Thanks

You need to login to your SARS eFiling profile to accept our transfer request. Until you do this, we can't access your tax information. This is a once-off step, but it's the only way for us to be able to interact with SARS on your behalf.

Are you able to login to eFiling? If so, please follow these instructions: How to authorize TaxTim for submission

Hi,

I was hoping I could download my return from your website as I did last year when you emailed my completed return for me and I will submit to sars.

Thanks again

Ah ok, so you started with submitting via TaxTim, but then changed your mind and want to submit manually instead.

If you go back to the screen that is asking you to authorise, at the bottom you should see an option saying "Prefer to file yourself?". Click the option you prefer there to see your fully completed tax return form.
