Does a "Statement of Account: Assessed Tax" mean the process is complete?

My original tax assessment was submitted on 29 July. SARS requested for supporting documentation and this was uploaded through eFiling on 30 July. On 6 August a document named "Statement of Account: Assessed Tax" was uploaded to my eFiling profile, but I have not received any notification or payment from SARS. Does the Statement of Account mean that the process is now complete? I have always received my refund within a matter of days, but it is now 12 days later and I haven't heard anything from SARS.
