I am struggling to capture my income and expenses generated as a consultant. I do not know which fields to complete having gone into Local Business, trade and professional income.

You need to reflect your income in the block provided (either reflected on an IRP5 or not).
You then need to capture all expenses incurred in production of your income. If you don't see the description listed, then add them together and capture the total in the block "Other" and include the description in the block provided.
