Harm says: 5 July 2015 at 12:13 I have a residence visa and work in Abu Dhabi (UAE) for the past 10 years for a local Abu Dhabi company. I visit South Africa once a year and always stay less than 30 days per year. The tax treaty between South Africa and the UAE is still pending. I also comply to all the provisions of S(10)1(o). Therefore I do not pay tax on my UAE income. My question is. . . Do I have to declare my Abu Dhabi (UAE) salary to SARS and if yes where in the TAX Return ITR12? |
